Hellooooo! Greta here!

As my last day at WBEZ approaches, I figured it was time to start a lil newsletter situation of my own, so here we are!

Many of you have probably been subscribers to the Nerdette newsletter, and I’m hoping this can be a similar space — a place for you to get a semi-regular dose of delight in the form of recommendations for things to eat, watch, make, and think about! It will hopefully be full of bullet points just like these:

• I am obsessed with Barbara’s cheese puffs!

• I also love this ramp pesto pasta situation!!!

• I’m so excited abour Return to Blood, the next book in Michael Bennett’s Hana Westerman series! It comes out this Tuesday. If you like badass lady detectives, excellently-plotted mysteries, and indigenous lore, these books are for you!

This will also probably be a space where I reflect on unemployment funemployment and share news about upcoming events and other stuff I’m up to, like this:

• The Official Game of Thrones Podcast: House of the Dragon is BACK, baybee!

I know I have already said this ten million times but THANK YOU to every single one of you who has reached out with kinds words over the last six weeks. It has been such a gift to be able to make Nerdette for eleven years and while I have no idea what’s next, I’m so excited for it!
