I learned about Hot Dish from Molly Yeh’s cookbook and have made a few - so cozy & delicious! I’m excited to try more Hot Dish recipes as the weather finally gets cooler. Happy weekend! 🍁
I made the hot dish recipe tonight and I have to say: I am now a convert. It was really delicious and full of veggies! Will try it with meatless crumbles next time
As someone who is a witch, not just “witchy” (it’s a spectrum, of course) — I actually love this definition of witch/witchy.
I disagree with the men part, given this definition - unless we’re talking men who are out of the power system — or wielding power it ways that go against systems of patriarchy and toxic masculinity.
i've never had tater tot hot dish but i've had this version that my dad would make for us when my mom worked evenings and he made dinner: hamburger mixed with cream of mushroom soup and tater tots with tater tops on top. my sister and i loved it. maybe it's a 1970s western illinois thing? definitely need to try hot dish!
