I don't normally make resolutions in January, because it's just too hard a month - I prefer to do it around Easter when we're finally out of winter. But I have one small (but very impactful) resolution, to hang up my laundry as soon as the washing machine is done, instead of forgetting all about it and having to wash it again.

And go you, be more bitchy! I'm sure you've heard the Jane Goodall quote a gazillion times, but I love it:

It actually doesn't take much to be considered a difficult woman. That's why there are so many of us

My resolution is to do more art and be more in the moment. The power of now, and all that jazz. and maybe meditate more.

I think so! for me the bitchiness is less about unkindness and more about advocating for myself. being judgmental usually isn’t kind, to myself or others. does that make sense?
